Payment Security

Qelvata uses Shopify checkout and established payment-service providers to support secure and reliable transactions.

Protected checkout

Checkout information is transmitted through encrypted connections. Complete card numbers and security codes are handled by authorized payment providers and are not made available to Qelvata in complete readable form.

Authorization and verification

Your provider may place a temporary authorization hold or require additional verification before approving a transaction. The provider determines when a declined or unused authorization is released.

Fraud prevention

Orders may be reviewed for unusual billing, device, account, or transaction signals. When reasonably necessary, Qelvata may request limited verification, refuse a payment, or cancel and refund an order to protect customers and the store.

Customer precautions

Use a trusted device, protect account credentials, and review payment activity. For transaction assistance, email service@qelvata.com without sending passwords or complete payment-card details.
