These Terms of Service govern access to the Qelvata online store, use of its features, and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on the site.

Qelvata may accept, limit, reject, or cancel an order for stock limitations, listing or pricing errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or fulfillment constraints. If a canceled order has been charged, the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Products, prices, and availability

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Display settings, product batches, and packaging updates may produce minor differences. Prices may change before acceptance. Shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout.

Intellectual property

Qelvata branding, original text, graphics, layout, and other protected store content may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Disclaimers and liability

The store is provided subject to express warranties and all protections required by law. To the fullest lawful extent, Qelvata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
