Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to sales made through Qelvata and supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility and customer details

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

Contract formation

Store listings invite customers to submit orders. A binding sales contract forms only when Qelvata accepts the order through an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automated receipt confirms submission but does not prevent review for stock, error, fraud, or fulfillment constraints.

Payment, charges, and currency

Transactions are set in USD. Shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges are included as shown at checkout. Banks and payment providers may impose independent currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Delivery, risk, and ownership

Delivery depends on destination and product eligibility. Risk and ownership transfer according to applicable law, and ownership may remain with Qelvata until full payment is received.

Returns and mandatory rights

The Return & Refund Policy describes our standard procedure. Any stronger mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, refund, or consumer protections in your jurisdiction take priority.

Events outside reasonable control

Qelvata is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances it could not reasonably control, including natural events, public-authority action, infrastructure interruption, labor disruption, or carrier failure.

Severability and support
