This Shipping Policy explains Qelvata order processing, rates, estimated transit, tracking, import costs, and delivery support.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Verification, product availability, high order volume, and events outside reasonable control may extend processing.

Shipping rates

For destinations available at checkout, orders with a subtotal from USD 0.00 through USD 44.99 use Fast shipping at USD 5.99. Orders with a subtotal of USD 45.00 or more qualify for Free shipping at USD 0.00. Checkout confirms the applicable option for the specific order and destination.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit begins after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier capacity, customs, weather, seasonal volume, and local conditions may affect delivery time.

Taxes, duties, and import fees

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination taxes, customs duties, brokerage, and related import charges. These amounts are imposed by local authorities or carriers and are not controlled by Qelvata.

Tracking and delivery details

Tracking information is emailed when available and may take 1–3 business days to activate. Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and monitoring carrier notices. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delivery concerns

If tracking has not moved beyond a reasonable carrier window, a parcel arrives damaged, or a delivery marked complete cannot be located after local checks, email service@qelvata.com with the order number.
