This page provides a direct way to exercise privacy choices that may apply under the law where you live.

Available requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of a denied request. Some locations also provide opt-outs for targeted advertising or activities legally defined as selling or sharing personal information.

How to submit a request

Email service@qelvata.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. State your country or region and describe the right you want to exercise. Do not include passwords or complete payment-card details.

Identity verification and agents

We may request information reasonably necessary to match you with store records and prevent unauthorized disclosure. An authorized agent may act where permitted, subject to evidence of authorization and any required direct identity verification.

Response and equal treatment

We respond within the periods required by applicable law, including permitted extensions. Qelvata will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right, although deleting information necessary for a requested service may affect that service.

Browser preference signals

Where applicable law requires and store technology supports it, recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals may be honored for the browser or device transmitting them.
